Mr. Sangha has been a founder, CEO, and board member of several public companies, bringing over 30 years of entrepreneurial, operational, and capital market experience. During his career, Mr. Sangha has established many valuable industry contacts and relationships with institutional clients worldwide. Between 2004 and 2011, Mr. Sangha gained extensive experience working in Tanzania, where he developed a strong network of connections with influential local individuals. This unique expertise in the Tanzanian market further strengthens his leadership capabilities and strategic vision for the company.
Mr. Craig Alford holds both an Honors Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Geology. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist and is a Qualified Person, as defined in National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Alford’s experience began with Falconbridge Copper in the early 1980’s and has since included leadership positions worldwide with independent, junior and senior mining companies including, Teck Mining, Zijin Mining Group and China Railway Resources.
Mr. Alford has designed and provided management for projects throughout North and South America, SE Asia, China, Central Asia, Russia, Australia and Africa. Craig has managed projects within a broad spectrum of mineralized and political environments, helped raise millions of dollars in capital for exploration projects, has negotiated with several Heads of State and assisted the World Bank and the China-Africa Development Fund in tax policy, planning, and investment risk.
He has been responsible for budgeting and the expenditure of hundreds of millions of dollars and developed economic analysis for large M & A transactions. Mr. Alford’s tenure as Deputy General Manager with the Zijin Mining Group resulted in large investments in Pretium Resources, Kyrgyzstan’s Taldybulak Gold Mine, Norton Gold in Australia, Barrick Gold’s Porgera mine and Ivanhoe Mines’ Kamoa Copper Project. During this crucial time for the battery metal sector, Mr. Alford has been involved in a number of base metal and lithium exploration projects key to the industry.
Caren has over 25 years of experience in accounting. Caren started her professional career helping her father with his construction company. While attending college, Caren was invited to intern with a CPA firm that had a number of construction firms as clients. This experience resulted in Caren’s pursuit of a career in cost accounting. Caren Currier served as the Controller/CFO for the previous management of Zalemark Holding Company, an OTC company. We are pleased that Caren has decided to continue on in this capacity with our management team.
Mr. Noonan is the principal of Noonan Advisors, LLC and provides comprehensive financial advisory services and functional roles to public companies. Michael offers consultation in many areas including corporate governance, corporate finance, initial public offering, strategic planning and analysis, investor relations, and financial public relations. He has worked in many jurisdictions including the United States, Canada, European Union, as well as several countries in the Middle East and Asia.
Michael was appointed in October of 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer of Cytovia Therapeutics Inc., a biotech company. Michael also serves on several public company boards. Previous experience includes Finjan Holdings, Inc., (Nasdaq: FNJN) a cybersecurity and intellectual property company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer from 2014 until 2019. Prior to Finjan, Michael served as the CFO of Sky Petroleum Inc.(OTCBB: SKPI) , an international oil and gas exploration and development company, from 2005 until 2013, and served as a member of Sky Petroleum’s board of directors from 2005 until 2014. Michael also served as a Senior Director of Finance for Forgent Networks, an intellectual property company, from 2002 to 2005, where he was responsible for finance, investor relations, human resources and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Forgent, Michael worked for Pierpont Communications, an investor and public relations firm, where he was a Senior Vice President. He has also served as Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Integrated Electrical Services, an electrical services company, and Manager of Investor Relations and Public Affairs for Sterling Chemicals, a manufacturer of commodity petrochemicals. Michael received a BBA in Business Administration and Economics from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada; an MBA from Athabasca University in Alberta, Canada; and an Executive JD from Concord Law School at Purdue University Global in Los Angeles, California.
